HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR ATTITUDE.

Your attitude reflects everything. It is how you look at things around you, how do you face the situation, and how you think about life. The difference between a positive and a negative attitude can be the difference between life positively and negatively.

The following guide is simple and very effective. Make use of them today and see results immediately.

1. Develop First.
Wake up early and  performance a morning prayer (Solat Subuh) ,  Read a few verse of Al-Quran. Take a walk in the morning is a great way to start your day. Fifteen or twenty minutes is enough to enjoy the fresh morning air.

2. Tomorrow is a New Day
When the ride of your life gets tough, remember that as time passes, so your grief. May be hard to imagine that things will get better, but rest assured.  Pray for the best to the God.

3. Contain
The only person who can give you a good attitude is you.  You will be of what you are aim dream to be. What's more interesting is that it can happen whenever you want. You could wake up tomorrow with a new vigor and enthusiasm. Why? This is because your attitude is under your own control. You do not need permission from anyone to change. Try  best to be a better tomorrow and pray to the God for blessing.

4. Others
You might try to stay positive, but your friends and colleagues are negative, thus causing you start to lose confidence. People around you can affect your attitude.  Rarely do we see a positive thinking are in the group of persons to be negative. Negativity can be contagious, so make sure you stay away from negative peoples and situations.

5. nutrition,
Proper nutrition is essential for maintaining energy, alertness and a positive attitude. Without sufficient energy, your body can not function properly. If you're tired or being negative, ask yourself, "Have I eaten today?"

6. Bedroom
Enough sleep is just as important to a healthy diet. It seems obvious, but many people do not get enough sleep at night. Without adequate rest, the body and the mind becomes tired, angry and tired all day. The same effect can also occur if you over-sleep. Make sure you get enough sleep every night.

7. Hobbies Being Savior
You  must have a hobby or activity that you can do when confronted with a problem or a long and exhausting. Sports, reading, collecting goods etc. are a good way to escape from the hustle and bustle and enjoy.

8. catering Others With Good
It's true, you get what you give. When you treat others positively and with respect, you will also receive the same treatment. Change the focus from yourself to others and let the spirit of giving as the reason you improve your view of the world.

9. Bigger Picture
When you see the world as a whole, the difficulties and obstacles that occur in your life does not seem as bad as you think. You may feel that your life is difficult, but there are others who have it worse than you. You should be grateful with what you have. Be thankful to the God for your pleasure life.

10. Try Something New
If you are feeling depressed and need a way out, try something new. Play a new instrument, try a new sport, or identify the latent talent in you. This will add to the excitement and joy in your life.

11. Evidence                                                                                                     
There are people who have successfully done what you are trying to do, and that is why you should be positive about your future. No matter what you want to achieve, there are people who have managed to do it. This means you can do it. We are all human, and we all have 24 hours a day. If they can do it, so can you. We have the same form of brain.

12. Quit
If your day starts badly, look for ways to change it. Acknowledge that you are not happy and fix the problem. Bad start can turn into a happy end. Take your will to ease the resistance and pray to the God for better future.

13. You Need Bad Days
No matter if you have a bad day. There are people who can not accept this statement. They think that one bad day can not be accepted, and making it even worse. Each person will have a bad day. What is important is to make sure we improve tomorrow. Your must be patience to face all the challenge and remember that God always with us.

14. Write
Want a positive attitude? Describe your attitude in writing. Your plan will be easier to achieve if you know what you want. However, not enough to just know that you want a better attitude. Write a detailed, plan your work and work your plan.

15. Assistance
Support of friends and family is important to stay on the right path. Tell your friends about your desire for a better attitude and ask them to tell you when you are getting negative. You may not want to admit that you have a negative attitude, but your friends will tell you.

16. Become The Optimists
Being an optimist can help you see your life from a positive perspective. When a friend comes to you with a problem, remind yourself that you are trying to improve your attitude and try my best to give positive advice.Do not need much, but it should have positive elements.
